What do I need to do to book a birthday party or Reservation?
Ready to book a legendary bash? You can schedule online or chat with one of our friendly event coordinators over the phone. They'll help you nail down the details and the perfect play card amount for your group. Let's get the party started!
What if some of my guests do not show up? Do I still pay for them?
To finalize your party details, we require your minimum headcount the morning of your event. This ensures accurate setup, and you'll only pay for the guests in attendance. Plus, each guest keeps their play card and any remaining credits – enjoy! All other unused card are non-refundable!
What happens if more guests arrive than the contracted amount?
We do allow our guests to increase headcount the day of the event pending we have activity and venue availability. Guests may be subject to wait times if all sessions are reserved.
What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens! Classic Game offers flexible options. You can reschedule or cancel your birthday party up to 3 days before your booked date. Please note that play card purchases are non-refundable. Contact us to make any changes!
